Freezing Antarctica is a compelling love story intertwined with a save-the-world plot, showcasing the journey of Russian meteorologist Nikita Alexandra Romanov and American adventurer Jack Kennedy Armstrong Earhart. As they race towards the South Pole, their romance unfolds against the backdrop of environmental decay and self-discovery, complemented by the spirits of Vladimir Lenin and Amelia Earhart. Directed by Bill Sterritt, the production features a talented cast, including Meredith Bishop and Zoe Bentley, and aims to engage audiences with themes of love, pollution, and the complexities of life. The play runs for 80 minutes at SPQR Stage Company in Somers Point, NJ, from November 15 to November 23.
