Smith, a native of Northern New Jersey, calls herself a "Digital Transformation Advisor and Future Tech Enthusiast and her 195-page "Digital Leader" is intended for professionals in any industry who want to get up to speed, and give resources on how to become a digital business leader in the digital age. "You'll learn about what has changed and how to prepare for what's here now digitally and what's coming ahead digitally-in simplified language," she added.
As the CEO at Chameleon Consulting, LLC, Smith has a 20-year career in Financial Technology leadership and Change Management spanning across diverse technology platforms and application systems. Cathy has numerous Certificates in the emerging technologies, a certificate in Executive Board Leadership from Seton Hall University, a Master of Public Administration in Management from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from William Paterson University. She has been involved with several start-up and mature companies in North America, Europe, and Asia and has been integral to their growth and transition into successful organizations. In addition, she established the first e-learning program for the Department of Labor's New Jersey Workforce Board, with a population of over 500,000 in Passaic County.
