SHOWTIME premieres episode six of SHAMELESS on Sunday, February 12th with HOUSE OF LIES and CALIFORNICATION.

First up at 9pm on SHAMELESS, series star William H. Macy (Emmy® Award winner for writing the 2002 TV movie, Door to Door) wrote this moving episode wherein we learn how exactly Frank Gallagher became the beer-chugging, welfare-cheat we’ve grown to know and love. It all lies with his mother, Grammy Gallagher (guest star Louise Fletcher), who comes to town carting a suitcase full of answers…

Meanwhile, at 10p on HOUSE OF LIES, we know Monday-Friday is all about work, but how does The Pod spend the weekends grounded at home? Regardless - all plans are scrapped when Marty (Don Cheadle, series star and executive producer) enlists Clyde (Ben Schwartz) and Doug (Josh Lawson) in a scheme to avenge Marty’s son Roscoe (Donis Leonard Jr.) when he’s accused of a crime at school, meanwhile, wedding cake shopping brings out Jeannie’s (Kristen Bell) inner bridezilla.

Finally, at 10:30p on CALIFORNICATION, flashbacks reveal what brought Hank (David Duchovny, series star and executive producer) and Karen (Natascha McElhone) to Los Angeles all those years ago and show how the naïve young couple was lured by its carnal temptations. Noted actor Eric Stoltz directs the episode.
