As White Eagle Hall approaches its one year anniversary on May 5th, things are really ramping up for the venue. Recent additions to the schedule include an array of amazing talent such as The Psychedelic Furs (5/31), Grammy winner Aimee Mann (6/19), New Jersey's own Real Estate (6/14), Ani DiFranco (6/12), Nick Lowe's Quality Rock & Roll Revue featuring Los Straitjackets (6/22), Kurt Vile and The Violators (6/16) and Superchunk (6/20).

"White Eagle Hall is generating an overwhelmingly positive response from both the music industry and concert goers," says Todd Abramson, Talent Buyer, White Eagle Hall. "People are very excited to have a first class venue in Jersey City booking shows and events on a consistent basis."

In addition to the high-profile musicians gracing the White Eagle Hall stage, the venue also supports local musicians both in terms of support slots for the nationally touring acts and special events showcasing regional talent. White Eagle Hall nurtures local bands while helping to spread the word about Jersey City's burgeoning arts and music scene.

Prior to his involvement with White Eagle Hall, Abramson was the long-time Talent Buyer at at Maxwell's, the legendary Hoboken locale once ranked #3 on The Best Clubs in America list by Rolling Stone. Since Maxwell's closing, Abramson has booked shows at The Landmark Loew's Theater in Journal Square and WFMU's live performance space, Monty Hall. He also hosts a weekly show on WFMU, The Todd-O-Phonic Todd Show (Saturdays 3-6 p.m.)

Originally constructed in 1910, the newly restored White Eagle Hall is an impressive new venue for arts and entertainment, including concerts, theater, performances and other events in the New York/New Jersey Metropolitan area. White Eagle Hall features complete food & beverage service, with two bars on the mezzanine level and one on the balcony level. The restoration enhanced the intimacy and charm of this historic venue while adding the latest in sound and lighting technology, creating a distinctive and memorable audience experience.
