Theater League of Clifton's CABARET Continues This Weekend

Theater League of Clifton presents its Spring Musical "Cabaret". Directed by Kathleen Kellaigh, Music Directed by Jalmari Vanamo and Produced by: Maryann Irizarry, opened Friday May 13th, 2016. This is a strictly limited engagement continues through Sunday May 22nd, 2016 at the Theresa Apera Theater (199 Scoles Ave, Clifton, New Jersey 07012).

Cabaret tells the unforgettable story of Sally Bowles and Clifford Bradshaw, who meet at a nightclub in Berlin during the 1930′s. The Kit Kat Club is helmed by a mysterious Master of Ceremonies, who takes us through this gripping story with brilliant song and dance numbers including the famous title song. The show grips the audience from the very start and will leave you breathless with its shocking final moments

The principle cast features: Chris Robertson (Emcee), Christine Blake (Sally Bowles- 5/21), Sarah Robertson (Sally Bowles- 5/20, 5/22), Joseph Fritz (Cliff Bradshaw), Maren Sugarman (Freulein Schneider), Bill Powers (Herr Schultz), Peggy Valenti (Freulein Kost), James Russo (Ernst Ludwig), Jack Pignatello (Max). The Kit Kat Girls: Maria Alessi (Frenchie), Mariah Ayscue (Lulu), Sabrina Curry (Texas), Seira Nakanishi (Fritzie), Vanessa Sierra (Rosie), & Kelsey Snedeker (Helga). The Kit Kat Boys: Jacob Michael (Bobby), Gregory Gwyn (Victor), Kenny Fowler (Herman), Daniel Ried (Hans), Aseal Nassar, Michael Purdy, & Michael Sconzo. Rounding out the ensemble: Sofia Flores - Hohn, James Gwyn, Jeannie Kempa, Gary Koseyan, Robert Mascuch, Jessica Pierce, Maria Salvati, & Jennifer Verdonk.

Cabaret features choreography by Judi Layne Niebuhr, scenic design by Kurt Irizarry, costume design by Maryann Irizarry, lighting design by Tom Vigilante. Tara Freifeld (Production Stage Manager), Kyle Parkin (Technical Direction) & Devin Sogluizzo (Asst. Stage Manager).

Cabaret has it'd final three performances, May 20, 21, 22. Friday and Saturday at 8:00pm, Sunday at 2:00pm. Tickets are available online on our website (www.theaterleagueofclifton.com). $15 Students/Seniors in advance, $20 at the door. $20 for Adults in advance, $25 at the door.
