A GENTLEMAN'S GUIDE TO LOVE & MURDER

January 10 - February 3, 2019

Directed by Al Fuchs

Nominated for ten Tony Awards in the 2014 season, this uproarious musical comedy explores the life of the lowly-born Monty Navarro, who has just discovered that he is eighth in line for an earldom.
Monty figures his chances of outliving his predecessors are slight and sets off down a ghoulish path. Can he knock off his unsuspecting relatives without being caught? And what of love? Because murder isn't the only thing on Monty's mind.

THE GLASS MENAGERIE

March 14 - March 31, 2019

Directed by Matthew Weil

Penned by master playwright Tennessee Williams, The Glass Menagerie is one of the most famous plays of the modern theatre. Set in St. Louis in the 1930s, the play focuses on the Wingfield family with Tom, who is torn between his obligation to his family and his desire to break away from his overbearing mother Amanda and his frail sister Laura, whose memory he cannot escape.

BIG FISH

May 2 - May 19, 2019

Directed by Matt Reher

Big Fish tells the story of Edward Bloom, a traveling salesman who lives life to its fullest! Edward's incredible, larger-than-life stories thrill everyone around him. But his son Will, about to have a child of his own, is determined to find the truth behind his father's epic tales. Overflowing with heart and humor, Big Fish is an extraordinary musical that reminds us why we love going to the theatre - for an experience that's richer, funnier, and BIGGER than life itself.

MEREDITH WILSON'S THE MUSIC MAN

July 11 - August 4, 2019

Directed by Katie Knoblock

This classic musical favorite follows fast-talking traveling salesman, Harold Hill, as he cons the people of River City, Iowa, into buying instruments and uniforms for a boys' band that he vows to organize - despite the fact that he doesn't know a trombone from a treble clef. His plans to skip town with the cash are foiled when he falls for Marian, the librarian.

Featuring favorites like " 'Til There Was You" and "Seventy-Six Trombones."

THE GHOSTS OF RAVENSWOOD MANOR

September 12 - September 29, 2019

A brand new comedy written by Kumar Dari

Part of the Ritz's New Play Development Initiative.

Directed by Bruce Curless

Lady Lillian Sappington has decided to turn the historic Ravenswood Manor into a hunting lodge, but first she must take care of one thing-she believes it's haunted! She invites her family and eclectic friends to dinner to discuss some strange occurrences, when suddenly the ghost of Lady Sappington's late husband appears and utters only one word . . . "Murder!" The evening discussion moves from mild insinuation to heated inquisition and mayhem as they try to decipher the messages they continue to receive from the spirit world.

THE WIZ

October 31 - November 24, 2019

Directed by: Kyrus Keenan Westcott

With a dazzling mix of rock, gospel, and soul music, follow Dorothy on her adventures as she meets with the many colorful characters from the land of Oz! Adapted into a film version featuring Michael Jackson and Diana Ross, this infectious retelling features fabulous tunes like "Ease on Down the Road", "Home", and "Believe in Yourself" that will be sure to keep your toes tapping all night long!
