The New Jersey Symphony Orchestra welcomes Simone Dinnerstein back to NJSO stages for performances of Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 23 on a program that also includes the composer's Symphony No. 40, April 25-28. Music Director Xian Zhang conducts the concerts, which open with Walton's Suite No. 2 from Façade.
Performances take place on April 25 at 1:30 pm at NJPAC in Newark, April 27 at 8 pm at Count Basie Center for the Arts in Red Bank and April 28 at 3 pm at Mayo Performing Arts Center in Morristown.
NJSO Accent events include a singalong one hour before the April 25 concert, a Classical Conversation one hour before the April 27 concert and a post-concert talkback with NJSO musicians about the orchestral audition process on April 28.
