Richard Stillman and Flip Peters will be performing"The Spirit of Vaudeville" at the Wesley Stage. The Spirit of Vaudeville won the BEST CONCERT AWARD at the United Solo Theater Festival in NYC.

It celebrates the musical entertainers of the jazz age. The tale is told through banjo strumming, eccentric tap dancing, vaudeville stories, ukulele and mandolin solos and wacky Charleston dances. All the material is clean and can be easily adapted to an adult or family audience.

Richard Stillman is an actor, musician and storyteller. He has performed on Broadway, the Kennedy Center and in regional theaters from New Jersey to Alaska. In addition he plays banjo, mandolin, ukulele, mandotar and bagpipes with his Irish, Country, Bluegrass, Italian and Hawaiian bands.

Flip Peters has perfomed in the Rainbow Room at Rockefeller Center, The Plaza Hotel, The Waldorf Astoria and many other top venues in the NYC area. A long time student of Harry Leahey, he holds a Masters degree in Jazz Studies and teaches guitar at County College of Morris and Seton Hall University. http://www.flippeters.com/
