A native of Madrid, Spain, Julio Iglesias has enjoyed more than 40 years in the spotlight as the preeminent Spanish vocalist of his generation. The celebrated singer-songwriter has released more than 40 studio albums since his 1969 debut "Yo Canto," and he has earned crossover appeal by recording songs in more than a dozen languages. Over the years, Iglesias has received honors from numerous organizations around the world, including GRAMMY and American Music Awards, as well as a Guinness World Record designation as the world's best-selling male Latin artist.
