Giveaway Rules and Regulations: How to Enter
You are automatically entered to win with the purchase of your Symphony Sweetheart package.
No purchase necessary to enter; contact the box office for details.
All entries must be received by 5 pm Tuesday, February 9, 2010, to be eligible to win.
One valid entry per person.
Eligibility Restrictions
New Jersey Symphony Orchestra employees, relatives and/or members of their immediate households are not eligible to enter.
Prize
Dinner for two pre-show at NJPAC's Theater Square Grill in Newark on February 13, 2010. Alcohol and gratuity not included.
Winner Selection
Winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on February 10, 2010.
Winner will be notified by phone and/or e-mail by 10 am that day. Contact must be made with the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra by 10 am the following day (February 11, 2010).
In the event the winner does not redeem prize by 10 am on February 11, 2010, an alternate winner will be chosen and original winner agrees to forfeit any and all rights to prize described in Paragraph III Section. This process will continue until a winner can be identified.
In all cases the decision of the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra will be final.
Conditions
Winner is solely responsible for the payment of all federal, state and/or local taxes that may be incurred as a result of receiving prize.
