Madison Marquette at The Asbury Park Boardwalk in association with New Jersey Performing Arts Center [NJPAC] announces two comedy shows that will deliver sidesplitting entertainment at the Paramount Theater on the Asbury Boardwalk.

For this Valentine's Day, plan a night of laughter with NY Kings of Comedy Capone, Talent Harris, Rob Stapleton, Mark Viera and Drew Fraser. As seen on HBO Def Comedy Jam, HBO's Bad Boys of Comedy, Jaime Fox's Laffapoolza, Comedy Central Specials, BET Comicview, Showtime Specials, countless movies and television shows, expect these brilliant comedians to bring their own comedic style and versatility on one very special night Wednesday, February 14th at 8pm at the Paramount Theater on the Asbury Park Boardwalk.

Talent Harris has the uncanny gift that commands attention and never lets it go with his hilarious presence. Drew Fraser's unique, high pitch, as a sidesplitting analyst will quickly crack the first rib. Just as the pain subsides, Rob Stapleton steps to the stage with his fast paced style, which is destined to bring the audience to tears with laughter. Then it's Mark Viera's sharing funny tales about his family and Latin upbringing. Just when you thought you could not laugh any harder, Capone steps up to the stage and brings his rambunctious comedic energy that will make your evening one of the most memorable. Reserve tickets this Friday, November 3rd at Ticketmaster.com or by visiting the Stone Pony box office.

Paul Poundstone who's starred in comedy specials on HBO and BRAVO, won an Emmy Award, served as "official correspondent" for The Tonight Show during the 1992 Presidential race, pioneered the art of backstage commentary during an Emmy telecast will perform at the Paramount Theater on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at 8pm.

Paula known for stepping up to the plate for causes she believes in, and is almost always included in any compendium - be it film, television or print, noting comedic influences of the 20th/21st century, most recently, We Killed: The Rise of Women in American Comedy (October 2012, Sarah Crichton Books). Paula also appears on "Late Night w/Craig Ferguson" about 3 times a year and she'll do an occasional editorial for NPR's "All Things Considered".

NPR recently released Laughter Therapy (Highbridge Audio), a 2-CD collection of NPR's best interviews and stories with "funny folks" including Paula's Talk of the Nation interview. If it means anything to anyone, she is recognized as one of Comedy Central's 100 greatest stand-ups of all time. Paula won an American Comedy Award for Best Female Standup Comic, and in 2010 she was one of a select group voted into the Comedy Hall of Fame. Reserve tickets this Friday, November 3rd at ticketmaster.com or by visiting the Stone Pony box office.
