On the heels of its recent NJ Gubernatorial Debate broadcast and coverage of the Special Senate Election this month, NJTV, New Jersey's public television network, announces its coverage of the Garden State's general elections on November 5th which will broadcast and stream live on TV and the web.
Throughout the night, NJTV will use news trucks and remote interview units to provide live election coverage and content for broadcast and the web. The NJTV website,njtvonline.org, will provide a livestream of broadcast coverage, up-to-the-minute polling information, a race results page and more. Additionally, NJTV's election coverage will be livestreamed on the website of WWOR.
NJTV's social media outposts on Facebook http://www.facebook.com/NJTVonlineand Twitter @njtvonline will extend and enhance the network's coverage.
Using the hashtag #NJDecides, constituents can stay engaged throughout election night, following tweets from field correspondents and news posts. There and on Facebook, everyone is welcome to share perspectives on local issues and observations from the polls.

This year's NJTV NJDecides 2013 coverage has included a live U.S. Senate Democratic Primary Debate hosted by the network in August, the NJ Gubernatorial Debate broadcast from Montclair State University on October 15th and Special Senate Electioncoverage on October 16th. Additionally, NJTV livestreamed the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing for state Supreme Court nominee Judge Faustino Fernandez-Vina on its website October 17th.
