Passage Theatre Company will conclude its 8th Annual Solo Flight Festival with a special performance by Barrymore Award-winner and Princeton resident Mary Martello in her one-woman show The Reluctant Optimist on Friday, April 2 at 8pm and Saturday, April 3 at 8pm.
Crowned "the first lady of Philadelphia theater" by the Philadelphia City Paper, Mary Martello, has been entertaining Philadelphia audiences for the past ten years, has appeared with the Philadelphia Orchestra, and hosted the Barrymore Awards. Ms. Martello has received nine Barrymore nominations and won "Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Musical" (Triumph of Love) and "Outstanding Leading Actress in a Musical" for both Café Puttanesca and Sweeney Todd.
Passage Theatre performs in the historic Mill Hill Playhouse an intimate 100-seat theater in the heart of downtown Trenton adjacent to the beautiful Mill Hill district. Security-guarded on-street parking is available on S. Montgomery St., Ernie Kovacs St., E. Front Street and in the Artworks parking lot.
