A Moon For The Misbegotten tells the story of Josie, a domineering Irish woman with a sharp tongue and a ruined reputation; her conniving tenant farming father Paul Hogan; and James Tyrone Jr, Hogan's landlord and drinking companion. Josie is the foundation that holds her family's farm together. When the fate of The Farm is at risk Josie and her father concoct a plan to trap Tyrone into assuring their future on the property. But Josie's feelings for Tyrone rise to the surface, and perhaps the feeling is mutual. A Moon for the Misbegotten is a classic story of love, desire, and betrayal written by one of our greatest American Playwrights.
