Cape May Stage, South Jersey's premiere Equity theatre, is ecstatic to welcome two dynamic singing sisters, Broadway's Liz Callaway and cabaret's Ann Hampton Callaway, in their acclaimed act, "Sibling Revelry." Join these two multi-talented women on Monday, August 19 at 8 p.m.

Sibling Revelry is a loosely-based musical autobiography outlining their lives from their childhood in Chicago, to their move to New York City, to the ever-continuing adventures of their luminous careers.

The Tony-nominated sisters will enchant audiences with duets as well as solo numbers that trace their separate artistic developments. Ann will demonstrate her performance versatility with torch songs like Old Friend and jazz classics such as Blues in the Night, while Liz shows off her Broadway background with tender tunes like Meadowlark and My Heart Is So Full of You.

The two also playfully spar with snappy patter and humorous duets, the most notable being The Huge Medley, which strings together more than a dozen duets. Of course, no Callaway act would be complete without a performance of the theme song from TV's The Nanny, which was both written and recorded by the sisters.

Enjoy show tunes, jazz and pop songs as well as lots of fun while this celebrated sister act puts the revelry into rivalry!

"Sibling Revelry" is part of Cape May Stage's acclaimed Second Stage Series. This completely entertaining cabaret show will run Monday, August 19 at 8 p.m. at the Robert Shackleton Playhouse at the corner of Bank & Lafayette Streets in downtown Cape May. Tickets are $50 and include an after party at the Wine Bar at the Washington Inn, Cape May's hip, relaxing, contemporary meeting place at the corner of Washington and Jefferson Streets. You'll have a chance to mingle with the stars, while enjoying delicious complimentary finger foods and a well-stocked cash bar. Call (609) 770-8311 for reservations and information or visit the theatre's website, www.capemaystage.org.
