The Eagle Theatre, located at 208 Vine Street in Hammonton, NJ, is gearing up for a rip-roarious production of cinematic proportions.
Completely Hollywood (Abridged) is a hilarious mash-up of over 200 famous blockbuster hits and flops, all performed live by three men in under 99 minutes. Characters and plotlines from some of the most (and least) celebrated films of all time, including The Wizard of Oz, Star Wars, and Rocky, overlap in this irreverent, fast-paced comedy.
The actors in this production include Ed Corsi of Gloucester Township, NJ; Jonathon Fink of Runnemede, NJ; and Kevin Hurley, also of Gloucester Township.
Hurley is a stand up comedian and a member of the Actors Equity Association. He also owns High Note Humor, a comedy group based in Philadelphia, PA. Recently, Hurley was recognized as one of the top 10 finalists out of 150 competitors in the Philly’s Phunniest comedy competition, held at the Helium Comedy Club on August 22.
Completely Hollywood (Abridged), which is directed by Ted Wioncek III, will run from tonight, September 7-September 22 at the Eagle Theatre. For tickets and information, visit TheEagleTheatre.com, or call the box office at (609) 704-5012.
