January Brings Rolling Stones Show Tribute Band and Comedian Tom Papa to SOPAC

Kicking off the new year with high-energy and laughs, SOPAC presents the renowned Stones tribute band, Satisfaction - The International Rolling Stones Show on January 13, 2016 at 8:00 p.m. and stand-up comedian Tom Papa on January 14, 2016 at 8:00 p.m.

Satisfaction is the international touring tribute show to the World's Greatest Rock & Roll Band. This Billboard & Pollstar listed show is now celebrating its 15th Anniversary in production with over 2500 performances to its credit. This highly acclaimed production showcases the most authentic cast and costuming of its kind. The likes of Mick Jagger, Keith Richards and cast bring a colorful performance to 50 years of classic hits.

In 2005, Satisfaction became the first ever Rolling Stones show to debut on the Las Vegas strip to outstanding reviews. The show was also a featured artist on national television news in the 2007 CBS News/New York special on the rising popularity of the tribute industry. For 2008 the show was chosen by Paramount Pictures and the IMAX Corporation to help promote the new Rolling Stones concert film "Shine a Light" by Martin Scorsese throughout the USA. In 2010, the show received their highest accolades ever as they were approved by the Rolling Stones to perform long term engagements with the Walt Disney Corporation. Showbiz Magazine declares, "They have you in the aisles like Jumping Jack Flash."

With more than 20 years as a stand-up comedian, Tom Papa is one of the top comedic voices in the country finding success in film, television and radio as well as on the live stage. He is host of the hit podcast and SiriusXM show, Come to Papa, a weekly, hour-long show featuring Tom Papa exploring the funny side of life, occasionally with guests like Mel Brooks, Ray Romano, Carl Reiner and Jerry Seinfeld.

The New Jersey born-and-raised comedian's brand new hour stand up special, Human Mule recently premiered on EPIX. The special is a genuine breath of fresh air, covering topics unique to Tom, and delivered in his signature persona. Tom Papa has guest starred on The Jim Gaffigan Show on TV Land, on Colin Quinn's web series, Cop Show, and in two episodes of Steven Soderbergh's Cinemax series, The Knick. He appears in Chris Rock's film, Top Five, in Analyze That, opposite Robert DeNiro, and alongside Michael Douglas and Matt Damon in the HBO film, Behind the Candelabra which was directed by Steven Soderbergh and won 11 Emmys.

Satisfaction - The International Rolling Stones Show will perform on January 13 at 8:00 p.m. and Tom Papa will bring his stand-up act to SOPAC on January 14 at 8:00 p.m. Tickets to see Tom Papa are $35 and tickets for Satisfaction - The International Rolling Stones Show are $30-$35.
