Centenary Stage Company's Third Saturday Series for Young Audiences begins the new year with If You Give a Pig a Pancake, based on the popular children's book written by Laura Joffe Numeroff. If You Give a Pig a Pancake will be performed in CSC's Little Theatre at 400 Jefferson Street on the campus of Centenary College on Saturday, January 19th at 11 a.m.
Children and the young at heart can see a classic children's story brought to life on the stage. The story follows an exuberant and demanding pig obsessed with pancakes and the little girl who is trying to keep some sense of control. This production includes songs, dance numbers, and comedic moments that kids and their adults can enjoy.
If You Give a Pig a Pancake is part of the Young Audience Series developed by the Centenary Stage Company in collaboration with the Centenary College Theater Department to produce a theater outreach program for neighboring communities and schools.
