Hilton's Summer Concert Series Hosts The Romantics 8/27

One of the best known American groups from the 1980‘s, "The Romantics" will bring their unique sound to the Atlantic City Hilton's Grand Theater on Friday, August 27th.

The Romantics are probably best known for their Rock Anthem "That's What I Like About You". The group's other top selling songs include "Talking in Your Sleep" and "One in a Million".

The Romantics began their music career in Detroit, when the group was officially formed on Valentine's Day 1977.

"That's What I Like About You" was featured on the group's debut album in 1979. It's one example of a song that became more popular years after its original release when it was licensed for use in TV commercials. It's been used to sell everything from Beer to Barbie to Pizza.

The Romantics will perform at 10pm in the Grand Theater. Tickets are $20 and available at the Hilton's Box office, by calling 609-340-7200 or www.hiltonac.com.
