Customers of Jersey Central Power & Light (JCP&L) who remain without power from Hurricane Sandy can pick up water and ice free of charge as storm restoration efforts continue.
The water and ice distribution is being coordinated with county offices of emergency management. Customers in Burlington, Essex, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex and Union counties can go to the following locations:
