Eagle Theatre Presents RENT, 1/20-2/1; Announces Winter Concerts & Events

The Eagle Theatre announced upcoming performances for December through January:

Take Me Home for the Holidays

An exciting celebration of animal-rescue group Shelter Aid.

The performance is at 6:30pm on Dec. 9. Tickets are $10 Adults, and $8 Children 12 and Under.

A Neil Diamond Christmas Concert

Well-known local performer Frankie D. will perform a tribute to classic rock legend Neil Diamond on Friday, December 16 at 7:30pm at the Eagle Theatre, located at 208 Vine Street in Hammonton, NJ. A musical journey that will certainly appeal to all fans of Diamond, whose hits include “Sweet Caroline,” “Kentucky Woman,” and “I’m a Believer,” this one-night-only event makes for the perfect evening out. A veritable one-man band, Frankie D. has appeared extensively throughout New Jersey and Philadelphia since he started performing in the 60’s. Selling out virtually every venue he performs at, Frankie D. only recently developed the idea for a Neil Diamond tribute show. “I am just trying to give tribute to a great man, his voice, and his heartfelt music,” writes Frankie, whose favorite Diamond song is “Heartlight.”

Hammonton Community Chorus Concert

The Hammonton Community Chorus will perform their annual winter concert at the Eagle Theatre at 208 Vine Street in Hammonton at 4pm on Sunday, December 18. An area favorite, the concert regularly sells out each year. Audiences will be treated to a variety of holiday songs, all performed by Hammonton’s own chorus.

The Nutcracker and Christmas Concert

St. Joseph High School proudly presents their winter performance.

The performance is at 7pm on Dec. 20. Tickets are $7 Adults and $5 Children/Students.

The Eagle Theatre is a non-profit culturally diverse performing arts center located at 208 Vine Street in Downtown Hammonton, New Jersey.
