Hexagon Players present this magical musical for family audiences in a hauntingly new production featuring outstanding local talent.

Hexagon Players presents their 2016 Fall production of a brand new, never-before-seen staging of The Secret Garden. With spectacular Asian-inspired choreography, amazing stage illusions, fanciful puppetry, dazzling period costumes, and a staging that is both hauntingly suspenseful and whimsically magical; this is one family-friendly production that is sure to leave an indelible imprint on all who experience it. Performances from November 11 through November 19 for a limited 7-show engagement at Grace Lutheran Church, 65 Main Street, Mendham , NJ.

Using 4-D Audience Immersion Technology developed exclusively for Hexagon Players, journey with Mary Lennox to the Moors of England in a multi-sensory experience like nothing you've ever seen, heard, smelled, or felt before! This hauntingly, magical production, based on Frances Hodgson Burnett's children's book, is reimagined in brilliant musical style by award-winning composer Lucy Simon and Marsha Norman, and directed by Patrick Frances Mahn, with Musical Direction by Darlene Yannetta.

10 year-old orphan, Mary Lennox is brought to the moors of Yorkshire to live at Miselthwaite Manor with her reclusive Uncle Archibald and his invalid son, Colin. After discovering a neglected garden, Mary and Colin gradually begin to gain new-found strength and passion in their lives as the garden begins to blossom and bloom again. Full of a sweeping score, beautiful costumes, illusions and touching storytelling magic - this show is a must-see for those of all ages.

The cast includes: Sofia Fusco of Glen Rock as Mary Lennox, Samantha Ferrara of Bernardsville as Lily Craven, Bradley McMurray of Kinnelon as Archibald Craven, James Ciccarelle of Summit as Colin, Bobby Axelrod of Montclair as Dickon, Robert Nicholson of Lake Hopatcong as Neville (2016 Perry Award nominee for Best Actor), Lori Quann of Randolph as Mrs Medlock (2016 Perry Award nominee for Best Supporting Actress), Monique Bosrock of Mendham as Miss Winthrop (2016 Perry Award nominee for Best Actress), Gina Clavelli of Bridgewater as Martha (2016 Perry Award nominee for Best Supporting Actress), Kara Cregin of New York as Rose, Rachel Dimichino of Succasunna as Alice, Jessica Albano of Bridgewater plays Claire Holmes, Juan Ortega of Elizabeth plays Captain Albert Lennox, Victor Lupi of Stockholm plays Major Holmes, Ian Duhart of Plainfield plays Fakir, Serena Williams of South River plays Ayah, Donald Pauselius of Mine Hill plays Ben, Christopher Simon plays Lt. Wright, Madeline Lupi of Stockholm plays Jane, Kate Drahzal of Mendham plays Robin, Danielle Becht of Morris Township plays Dragon, Maya Slaughter of Morris Township plays Snake, Mia Ciccarelle of Summit is a member of the Dance Troupe and Elizabeth Bigham of New Providence is also a member of the Dance Troupe.

Ticket prices are $20, discounted at $15 for Scouts/Students (only at 2:00pm matinees). All seats are general admission, attendees are encouraged to show up early to get best seats. The Hexagon Players is a local community theater in Mendham which has produced 80 plays over the last 30 years. Their 2016 Spring Production of Billy Elliot, garnered 11 NJACT Perry Award Nominations, winning for Outstanding Youth Actor in a Musical for the title character of Billy (Parker James Fullmore). Previous award-winning shows include, Annie, which was nominated for nine NJACT Perry Awards, winning for Outstanding Featured Actress, (Lauren Dennis), Drop Dead, nominated for seven NJACT Perry Awards, winning for Outstanding Ensemble Actor in a Play (Paul Bettys), and Seussical, nominated for seven NJACT Perry Awards.
