bergenPAC is preparing to turn back the clock for its 13th annual gala on June 23 with "A Night of the Forbidden." The theater will transform into the bergenPAC Speakeasy for an evening of gambling, cocktails, dancing and shenanigans to raise funds for bergenPAC's educational and community programming.
It's sure to be the bee's knees!
The evening runs from 7 - 11 p.m. and features five levels of tickets, which can be viewed here: https://www.bergenpac.org/support-bergenpac/gala
Money raised this evening will support bergenPAC's nonprofit efforts in the community. Our unique Arts Access program was developed to further our mission of making the live performing arts accessible to all. bergenPAC provides free tickets to organizations who serve individuals who would otherwise be unable to experience the live performing arts. Arts Access in 2018 will give away 12,000 tickets to 80 organizations.
Our Performing Arts School serves 1,200 students, ages 3 mo. to 21 years, with classes in music, dance and the performing arts. In keeping with our mission, 20% of the students receive scholarships.
Our educational outreach program, Beyond bergenPAC, impacts more than 20,000 children through in-school residencies, assemblies and co-theatrical productions, along with the School Time Series on our stage. Beyond bergenPAC is in 130 schools across the state in 76 districts in nine counties.
We invite the community to support this great cause while having a blast in our speakeasy!
Visit www.bergenpac.org/gala for more information. Or call or email Karen Forgione at 201-816-8160 ex. 17 or kforgione@bergenpac.org to purchase tickets.
