Four dynamic, award-winning Broadway musical stars -- Andrea McArdle (Broadway's original "Annie"), Maureen McGovern (#1 Gold record "The Morning After"), Christine Andreas (Oklahoma!, On Your Toes) and Faith Prince (Tony winner Guys & Dolls) -- come together in concert for an evening of song, laughter and memories in 4 Girls 4, coming to Mayo Performing Arts Center on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at 8 pm. Andrea McArdle first captured the hearts of theatergoers everywhere in 1977 when she originated the title role in the mega-musical Annie, based on the popular Harold Gray comic strip "Little Orphan Annie". Since then, she has starred in several Broadway musicals and appeared in theatres in New York, nationally and internationally. She has honed her craft by working with some of the great legends of the entertainment industry such as Ethel Merman, Liza Minnelli, Julie Andrews, Bob Hope, Liberace, Frank Sinatra, Steve Martin and Martin Short, to name a few, and was privileged to have appeared on television with Johnny Carson, Merv Griffin and Dinah Shore. As "Annie," Andrea became the youngest performer ever to be nominated for a Tony Award as Best Lead Actress in a Musical. She also received the Theater World and Outer Critics' Circle Awards for her performance and went on to star when the show was produced on London's West End. Also on Broadway, Andrea starred in the Jerry Herman musical Jerry's Girls alongside Carol Channing and Leslie Uggams; she portrayed the sassy Smoking Car, Ashley, in Andrew Lloyd Webber's Starlight Expresss; and starred as Margy Frake in State Fair; as Fantine in Les Miserables and, most recently as Belle in Disney's Beauty and the Beast.

Maureen McGovern, celebrated as "The Stradivarius Voice," marked the 40th anniversary of the release of her #1 Oscar-winning InternationAl Gold Record, "The Morning After" from The Poseidon Adventure, which garnered her a Grammy Nomination in 1973 for "Best New Artist." Maureen received her second Grammy Nomination in 1998 for "Best Traditional Pop Vocal" for her solo piano/voice album, "The Pleasure of His Company," with Emmy-winning, Grammy-nominated jazz pianist, Mike Renzi. She was also a featured guest artist on the Grammy Award-winning Songs from the Neighborhood: The Music of Mister Rogers. Other hits include, "Can You Read My Mind" from Superman, the Oscar-winning "We May Never Love Like This Again" from The Towering Inferno and "Different Worlds" from the TV series Angie. Her many critically acclaimed recordings include tributes to George Gershwin, Alan and Marilyn Bergman, Harold Arlen and Richard Rodgers. In 2005, Ms. McGovern was nominated for a Drama Desk Award for her role as 'Marmee' in Little Women, The Musical on Broadway. In 1981, she made her Broadway debut as 'Mabel' in The Pirates of Penzance, then went on to star as 'Luisa' in Nine with Raul Julia and as 'Polly Peachum' in 3 Penny Opera with Sting. Maureen reprised her role as 'Marmee' in the 1st National Tour of Little Women, The Musical and starred as 'Mrs. Anna' in the Broadway revival National Tour of The King & I. Her feature films include the role of "Sr. Angelina," the guitar-strumming nun in the classic comedies Airplane and Airplane II, The Sequel. Maureen also played the nightclub singer in The Towering Inferno and the role of 'Rachel' in Dreamworks' animated video/DVD Joseph: King of Dreams with Ben Affleck.

Christine Andreas first captured New York City theatre-goer's hearts and became a star in the 20th anniversary production of My Fair Lady as Eliza Doolittle (Theatre World Award); followed by the revival of Oklahoma!, as Laurey, working with Billy Hammerstein & Agnes deMillle (Tony Nomination); and On Your Toes, as Frankie Frayne, directed by the legendary director George Abbott, (Tony Nomination). She last appeared on Broadway as Jacqueline in the Tony/Olivier Award winning production of La Cage aux Folles with Kelsey Grammer and Douglas Hodge, after starring as Margaret Johnson in the much acclaimed National tour of The Light in the Piazza. She created the role of Marguerite St. Just on Broadway in the original production of The Scarlet Pimpernel opposite Douglas Sills and Terrence Mann. Other Broadway credits include Words And Music with Sammy Cahn, Nancy in Angel Street with Dina Merrill, Rebecca in Rags, the short-lived Alice in the short-lived Legs Diamond with Peter Allen.

Faith Prince has been dazzling Broadway audiences since winning the Tony, Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle Awards for her performance as "Ms. Adelaide" in Guys and Dolls. As one of Broadway's best loved leading ladies, Faith most recently starred on Broadway in Disaster! the Musical for which she received rave reviews. In 2014 she starred as the scheming, irascible "Miss Hannigan" in the revival of Annie on Broadway and in 2008 she was nominated for Tony, Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle Awards for A Catered Affair. Other Broadway credits include The Little Mermaid, Bells Are Ringing (Tony, DD, OCC noms), Nick & Nora (OCC Award), Jerome Robbins' Broadway (Tony, DD noms), Little Me, The Dead, and Noises Off. She also starred in the world premiere of Terrence McNally's Unusual Acts of Devotion and in the national tour of the Broadway hit Billy Elliott. Chicago audiences had the opportunity to see Faith on stage in the iconic role of "Brenda" in the new musical version of the hit movie First Wives Club. Faith recurred as Joey Lawrence's mother on ABC Family's long running series Melissa & Joey and wrapped her 5-season run as Brooke Elliott's mother on Lifetime's hit series Drop Dead Diva. She was a series regular on Showtime's Huff starring as "Kelly Knippers," the love interest of Oliver Platt, and recurred for five seasons on Spin City. Other television credits include Scream Queens, Galavant, Angel from Hell, A Gifted Man, Happy Endings, Ugly Betty, Grey's Anatomy, CSI, Faith, House, Medium, Sweet Potato Queens, Monk, Now and Again, Welcome To New York and Law and Order. Film credits include Our Very Own, Picture Perfect, Dave, and My Father the Hero.
