Talking To Starlight at Hatbox Theatre

Newly formed “Neighborhood Shows” announces the production of “Talking to Starlight,” at the Hatbox Theatre in Concord, NH from June 30 – July 16, with a talk-back with the playwright and after-party, Saturday July 1st. Performances are Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30, Sundays at 2:00 PM. Tickets are $16.50, $13.50 for members, seniors and students. “Talking to Starlight” features Jen Sassak and Joe Paoni in a romantic comedy about a scientist who’s struggling to understand just what she wants and discovers a secret about her boyfriend that may just bring her whole world crashing down. How do we decide what path we’re going to take? How do we know we have made the right choice? These are just some of the questions asked in the new romantic comedy, “Talking to Starlight.” Promising astrophysist Elenanor Taylor decides to resolve her choice about whether to move overseas for a dream job or leave her new boyfriend behind in the only way that makes sense to her – an experiment. Designed by a psychologist, Daniel and Eleanor work out the solution with a list of questions to be asked and answered. As the intimacy gets deeper, secrets are revealed and the relationship is tested.
