Cue Zero Theatre Company presents The Complete Works Of William Shakespeare (abridged) January 6th-22nd at the new Hatbox Theatre in Concord. Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30, Sundays at 2:00 PM. Tickets are $16.50, $13.50 for members, seniors and students.
In this comedic romp, three overachievers attempt to perform all thirty-seven of Shakespeare's plays in ninety-seven minutes. Face-paced, witty, and physical, it's an evening of laughter for Shakespeare lovers and haters alike. Staring local theatre staples Mike Perry, Ryan Clark, and Spencer Costigan, and directed by Dan Pelletier, this night of non-stop hilarity will provide audiences with a performance they will never forget. Presenting all of the classics, from Romeo and Juliet to Hamlet as well as the more obscure plays, such as Titus Andronicus and Troilus and Cressida, this play, originally produced in 1987 at the Edinburg Fringe Festival, has been delighting audiences across the globe for nearly three decades. This newly revised edition of the play is full of pop culture references and slapstick humor to be enjoyed by people of all ages.
