An evening of eight short, comedic plays by G. Matthew Gaskell are coming to the Hatbox Theatre at 270 Loudon Road in Concord. Performances run for three weekends - April 27th through May 13th. Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 and Sundays at 2:00. Tickets are $17 for general admission, $14 for students and members and $12 for seniors. To reserve visit www.hatboxnh.com or call 603-715-2315.

A comedic cocktail of cowboys, gangsters, real housewives, truckers, time travel and a guy named Odell. 8 actors portray more than thirty characters in eight short plays, all from award winning playwright G. Matthew Gaskell. Buckle up for an evening of fast-paced, gut-busting, cheek-aching, mascara-smudging, hyphen-heavy comedy!

This is G. Matthew Gaskell's second production at The Hatbox. Last winter he and Karielle Anzaldi dazzled audiences with his one woman show - Ray Of Light. Originally from the seacoast, Gaskell is probably best known for his five-part "Sharp Dressed Men" trilogy. Now he's reteamed with Anzaldi and invited some of the capital region's finest and funniest to bring his "Greatest Hits" to life. Rounding out the "eight" of 8 By Eight are Gary Locke, Kevin Baringer, Aaron Compagna, Wayne Asbury, Pepper Nappo, and Kelsey Domeny.
