Enjoy TV shows like Firefly, The Expanse, Lost in Space, and Star Trek? A new crew of deep space travelers will explore the far reaches of interactive comedy on one special night. That same evening the cast will improvise a parody episode of The Twilight Zone. Space and the fifth dimension collide as Stranger Than Fiction presents: Space Voyage & The Twilight Zone Improvised! at Seacoast Rep, April 19 at 8pm.

"Firefly is one of my favorite television series of all time, so I am excited to improvise as a spaceship crew member," says cast member Laura Scafati. "We have a sassy robot performing with the human crew members. We can't wait until the audience sees her."

Artistic Director John Herman says this will be one of Stranger Than Fiction's most ambitious evenings of comedy ever. Along with a robot that performs alongside the cast, he says The Twilight Zone episode will be completely original. "They say The Twilight Zone is the dimension of imagination, and we plan to prove it," says Herman. "The Twilight Zone will be entirely inspired by audience input. It's practically the sixth dimension!"

The interactive show will also feature sets performed by up-and-coming improv comedians performing in association with classes Stranger Than Fiction has been offering at Seacoast Rep.
