Palace Youth Theatre Holds Auditions for CATS, 6/21-22

The Palace Youth Theatre (80 Hanover Street, Manchester) announces that it will be starting its youth theater season early beginning with open auditions for CATS on June 21 and June 22 from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm.

Auditions are open to all children age 8 through 18 and will be held on both June 21 and June 22 from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm at the Palace Theatre. All attendees should wear comfortable clothing for a movement during audition and be ready to share 16 bars of music that best highlights their voice. Call the Palace Theatre box office at 668-5588 to schedule an audition.

The Palace Youth Theatre production of CATS is scheduled for four shows August 6 through the August 14.The Palace Youth Theatre is proud to present CATS. A true musical theatre phenomenon, CATS, tells the story, in song and dance, of the annual gathering of Jellicle cats at which time one special cat is selected to ascend to the Heaviside layer. One of the most successful musicals of all time, CATS ran on Broadway for over 18 years. Tickets are $12 for Adults and $8 for Children 18 and under. No refunds or exchanges are allowed.
