The national tour of JERSEY BOYS will be coming to the Capitol Center for the Arts on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at 7:30PM.
JERSEY BOYS is the true story of
Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons:
Frankie Valli,
Bob Gaudio,
Tommy DeVito and Nick Massi. This is the story of how a group of blue-collar boys from the wrong side of the tracks became one of the biggest American pop music sensations of all time. They wrote their own songs, invented their own sounds and sold 175 million records worldwide - all before they were 30. The musical features such Four Seasons' hits as "Big Girls Don't Cry," "Sherry," "Walk Like a Man," "Oh, What a Night" and "Can't Take My Eyes Off You."
JERSEY BOYS won four 2006 Tony Awards including BEST MUSICAL; the 2006 Grammy Award for BEST MUSICAL SHOW ALBUM, the 2009 Olivier Award for BEST NEW MUSICAL (London) and the 2010 Helpmann Award for BEST MUSICAL (Australia). The show contains smoke, gun shots, strobe lights, authentic "profane Jersey language" and is recommended for ages 12+.
