Seacoast artist, Sandi Clark produced the first concert on February 7, 1999 four months prior to the NH Bill (June 7, 1999) that addEd Martin Luther King Jr to what was known as Civil Rights Day. Over the past 12 years, Sandi has brought some incredible talent to the area and this year will be no different.  Come out, no matter what the weather and celebrate the memory of civil rights leader, Rev.
