The Palace Theatre in downtown Manchester will host Mike Morin's Culinary Adventure on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at 7:00 pm.
"The Palace Theatre is pleased to bring the Mike Morin's Culinary Adventure to our audiences. Host, Mike Morin will be stirring the pot for this music, wine and food affair. If the Food Network created a variety show, this would be it," states Peter Ramsey, Palace Theatre President.
Food demonstrations will be the main course of the Mike Morin's Culinary Adventure Show. Additional courses for the night will include live music, comedy and audience interaction. The stars are local chefs, including Executive Chef, Benjamin Knack from the BVI Restaurant in Bedford, NH. Knack studied at New York Institute of Technology and started his career in Phoenix, Arizona at the renowned Christopher's; a four star restaurant rated as the top 20 in America. He is also known for his appearance on Gordon Ramsey's Hell's Kitchen.
Some lucky audience members will be seated at several tables on stage and will be able to sample the food. Three cameras will enhance the audience viewing experience from a large rear-screen projection system.
