This production of eight new short plays is the culmination of New World Theatre's ten week Masterclass Playwright Fellows project and the Play Writing Masterclass . This began in January 2018 with a call for submissions from playwrights interested in participating in the fellows project. Over fifty playwrights from various parts of the country, as well as internationally, submitted works for consideration, and from those were select the eight participants. These newly developed works will be presented in a workshop style production in which actors will perform scriptinhand with minimal sets, costuming, and props.
