New Hampshire-based singer-songwriter Elytta will be performing at the Spotlight Café at the Capitol Center for the Arts on Friday, June 17, 2016 at 8PM. A portion of the proceeds from this performance will go to the non-profit organization behind the documentary film "Community is Greater than Heroin". The Spotlight Café is a "pop-up" venue located in the Capitol Center's Governor's Hall.
Elytta, a New Hampshire native, is an emerging voice on the singer-songwriter scene. At only 16, her songs draw upon timeless and generational topics such as love, family and navigating the teenage world with all of its excitement and challenge. Currently studying music at IAA, a world-renowned arts school, Elytta has been influenced by a great many rock, pop and jazz artists including The Beatles, Corinne Bailey Rae, Bob Dylan, Esperanza Spalding, Taylor Swift, and Sade. Elytta has a teenager's wide-eyed aspirations for a bright future. She is already a YoungArts Merit Winner, a New England RADAR Award 2015 winner, and was nominated for "New Act of the Year" by the New England Music Awards.

Tickets may also obtained at the Center's box office at 44 South Main St., Concord, NH, which is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 11AM to 6PM.
