Mozart's THE MAGIC FLUTE, will be presented by the Amsterdam Marionette Theatre through the 18th of March.

About the show: "The Magic Flute (Die Zauberflöte) is an exotic adventure; a classical story about the struggle between good and evil. It's a fairytale....a story from the world of imagination inhabited by princes, princesses, dragons and exotic birds. Unfortunately this beautiful world is threatened by intrigues, jealousy and vanity. But most of all it is ruled by the extraordinary strength and power of love."

A performance for both adults and children (min. 7 years), of approx. 2 hrs (short inverval included).

The opera is performed in Dutch, but the performances are characterised by a strong
emphasis on the visual and the musical.
