Join us for a delightful journey through politics, morality, and love with Oscar Wilde’s classic play, An Ideal Husband. This immersive production, directed by Evan Fenne and produced by Erin Grace Bailey, will take place at The Maxwell Room at Nicky’s Coal Fired, 5026 Centennial Blvd, Nashville, TN 37209.

THE STORY:

When an unexpected guest arrives in London, Sir Robert Chiltern finds himself faced with a moral dilemma that affects both his private and political lives. He, Lady Chiltern, and his always-overdressed friend Lord Goring suddenly find themselves thrust into a tale of blackmail, romance, and political scandal that can only be so masterfully told through the lens of Oscar Wilde’s wit and whimsy. Themes of the interaction of politics and morality, as well as unconditional love and redemption, resonate throughout this captivating narrative.
