Lebanon's Millworks Theatre today unveils its first production for a run that continues through September 26. The curtain goes up at 1:30 p.m. (CDT) on That's Country!, a two-hour variety revue that managing director Kevin Raymond says "is a must if you're a country music fan-or even if you're not!"

"Join us in Act 1 for some the greatest legends of country music like Hank Williams, Patsy Cline, Tammy Wynette and George Jones, Loretta Lynn and more," Raymond explains. "They'll perform on WSM Radio and the Grand Ole Opry just like they did 'back in the day.'"

Act 2 is staged like a concert, he says: "In Act 2, you'll swear you spent hundreds of dollars on a concert ticket to see some of the most popular acts of the 1980s through today, with Garth Brooks, Tricia Yearwood, Barbara Mandrell, Clint Black, The Judds and many, many more."

Raymond says "there'll be plenty of choregraphy to keep you amazed-in fact, you may just want to get up and dance along with us."

"If you miss the style of entertainment that used to be at Opryland USA [the former theme park headquarted in Nashville], then make sure you don't miss this."

The ten person cast of singer/dancers includes Mike Baum, Jaclyn Brown, Erica Cantrell, Jacob Garza, Craig Hartline, Jennifer Landes-Vann, Jenny Norris Light, Lucas Phillips, Rachel Searfoss and Soren Wohlers. Raymond wrote the script, and takes on the dual role of director/choreographer.

That's Country is performed five times each week, Tuesday through Saturday afternoons at 1:30 p.m. (CDT). Special dessert performances, with signature desserts served at intermission, are priced at $30 per person, with group rates for 20 or more for $25 each. Starting September 1, and continuing through the end of the run, lunch and show tickets are $50 each, with group rates of $42 each for groups of 20 or more. Reservations are required.
