Starting in January, the School of Nashville Ballet will lower fees for adult classes and expand its offerings to include classes in hip hop, belly dance, African fusion, Nia, yoga, hula hoop and Broadway jazz.
"These classes are for anyone who wants to try new things or loves to dance for self-expression, fitness or fun," said Donna Delseni, Director of the School of Nashville Ballet. "Our superb teachers provide world-class instruction in a reassuring environment, which supports students of all fitness levels, regardless of their previous dance experience."
The School of Nashville Ballet will offer free trials of three new classes to the first 35 participants:
Belly Dance with Nichole Hanna
Tuesday, Nov. 30, 7 - 8 p.m.
Hula Hoop with Angela Morris (Hula hoops will be provided)
Wednesday, Dec. 1, 7 - 8 p.m.
African Fusion with Rachell Peace
Thursday, Dec. 2, 7 - 8 p.m.
All classes, including the free trials will be offered at the Martin Center for Nashville Ballet at 3630 Redmon Street in Nashville.
Following the trial period, adults can register for any of the following School of Nashville Ballet classes for the spring semester, which runs from Jan. 17 to May 14:

Class fees will decrease to allow more students to take advantage of School of Nashville Ballet instruction. The registration fee for new students is $10 and each single class costs $15. Students who register for the semester can save up to 25 percent.
