The musical comedy and critically-acclaimed hit of the New York Musical Theatre Festival, ALTAR BOYZ, is a hilarious musical comedy about a fictitious Christian boy-band (with one nice Jewish boy) on the last night of their national 'Raise the Praise' tour. The Boyz are five all-singing, all-dancing heartthrobs from Ohio: Matthew, Mark, Luke, Juan and Abraham. With their tight harmonies and spectacular choreography, the ALTAR BOYZ will delight your audiences. As they perform their signature hits, the Boyz deliver a message of unity, that 'there is no star as bright as its constellation, no harmony in a single voice.' "Totally hilarious! It keeps you laughing all evening long. If laughter is a form of salvation, my soul is clean!" ~ Howard Kissel, Daily News

Directed and choreographed by Bakari King, who choreographed STC's critically acclaimed production of Hairspray, expect to feel like you are at a Back Street Boys or 'N Sync concert! With songs like, "The Rhythm in Me," "La Vida Eternal," and "Church Rulez," get ready for a rafter-raising good time.

The performance features heartthrobs Michael Holder, Alan Smith, Humberto Figueroa, Taylor Casey and Bakari King. Performances are September 2-24, with performances Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 8:00 p.m., and Sundays at 5 p.m.
