Nashville theater favorite Cori Laemmel, via The Theater Bug, has big plans for area youngsters during Spring Break 2011: Gleek Week, a Glee-inspired performing arts camp culminating in special performances. The camp, which will be held at Donelson's Larry Keeton Theatre, is set for March 14-18, with the show on Saturday, March 19.

"Our mission is to inspire young people to create community and build confidence - encouraging them through educational experiences in the performing arts," Laemmel explains. "We had such a blast at the video shoot at 12th and Porter. I can't wait to share the video!"

Gleek Week, as the performing arts camp is titled, is divided into two groups of participants: one for kids 6-12, the other for budding thespians 13-18. At the conclusion of the weeklong camp, public performances will be held at the Keeton Theatre.
