The award-winning PETER PAN: A Musical Adventure makes its regional premiere on Friday, April 12, at 8pm.
Based on J.M. Barrie's original play, with permission from Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children, PETER PAN features music and lyrics by George Stiles and Anthony Drewe (award-winning composers of Honk! and Mary Poppins) and book by Willis Hall. Under the direction of Tom Thayer and choreographer Jessica Davidson, along with flying effects provided by ZFX, Inc., the Roxy Regional Theatre brings to life the magical world of Neverland through spectacular scenes of flying, swashbuckling and sheer fantasy.
Starring Richie Sklar as the boy who never grew up, PETER PAN features Hannah Church as Wendy Darling, John McDonald as Captain Hook, Truman Jepson and Mitchell Wolfe as John, Connor Harty and Dallas Harty as Michael, Ty Baumann as Slightly and Noodler, Ryan Bowie as Nibs and Gentleman Starkey, John Curtis as Curly and Cecco, J. RoBert Lindsey as Tootles and Jukes, Elena Pascullo as Mrs. Darling and Tiger Lily, Mickey Rafalski as 2nd Twin and Cookson, Colin Ryan as Smee and Liza, and Michael Spaziani as 1st Twin and Mullins. The roles of the Indians are performed by a rotating cast of twenty-one youth: Summer Aoki, Ali Arnold, Sydney Barksdale, Gavin Berlyak, Jesse Boyle, Kourtni Cottrell, Cheyenne Deibert, Ariana Desrosier, Whitney Flickinger, Darci Gautam, Jimmy Hochstetler, Vivian Hurn, Ana-Leigh Kirwin, Ashley Knowles, Katherine McCarty, Sidney McCarty, Lauren Mund, Madeline O'Connor, Nicole Powell, Christian Rieke and Amy Wyer.

PETER PAN: A Musical Adventure runs April 12 through May 18, playing Wednesdays and Thursdays at 7pm and Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm, with a 2pm matinee on Saturday, April 27. (There are no evening performances on April 17, 18, 19 and 20.) Tickets are $25 (adults) and $15 (ages 13 and under) and may be purchased online at www.roxyregionaltheatre.org, by phone at (931)645-7699, or at the theatre during regular box office hours (9am to 2pm, Monday through Friday).
Friday, April 12, at 8pm is the pay-what-you-can preview for PETER PAN. All tickets not pre-sold at the regular ticket price will go on sale at 7:30pm that evening for whatever price patrons wish to pay.
