Pull-Tight Players Theater in Historic Downtown Franklin, TN, announces events for the month of June, including a Thrifty Thursday deal for the June 11 performance of Blithe Spirit, auditions for West Side Story, and the 2009 Knot Awards Banquet.

Pull-Tight is again offering our Thrifty Thursday deal for the June 11 performance of Blithe Spirit. For that night only, you may buy one ticket and get one free. This offer is only available at the door beginning at 7:00pm on June 11. So bring a friend and come on out to Pull-Tight. This offer is not valid with pre-paid reservations. Thrifty Thursday tickets are based on availability and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Auditions for the beloved musicAl West Side Story will be held on June 22 and 23 from 6-9:30pm at St. Paul's Episcopal Church on West Main Street in downtown Franklin. Roles are available for men and women ages 16-28. Prepare 16 bars of a Broadway number. Actors will also be asked to read from the script and to learn and perform a dance number. There are 3 speaking roles for men aged 40-65. Contact director Cathie Correia Stamps at theccs@comcast.net for further info.

All are invited to celebrate this wonderful 40th anniversary season with the 2009 Knot Awards Banquet, an Italian Summer Dinner at St. Paul's Episcopal Church on Saturday, June 27. You must purchase a ticket for the event. Tickets are $30.00 per person for adults and $ 25.00 for students through high school. Reservations can be made by calling Heather Bottoms at the Pull-Tight reservations line at 791-5007. The deadline for ordering banquet tickets is Monday, June 22.

Season tickets can be purchased on our website at www.pull-tight.com. A season ticket includes all 5 main stage shows: West Side Story, Twelve Angry Men, Taming of the Shrew, Joseph and His Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and Father of the Bride. The cost is $70 for adults, $60 for seniors and $50 for students through high school.
