FRONTERAS AMERICANAS (American Borders), is a play by Guillermo Verdecchia about geography, identity formation, and the significance of home. Searching for meaning as immigrants, the two main characters explore and challenge our ideas of Latinx stereotypes and cultural influences, while providing a historical perspective and plenty of laughs.
René Millán, an actor whose theatrical credits include Studio Tenn, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Yale Repertory Theatre, and TV/Film work appearances in 24, CSI: Miami, Chapelle's Show & In America will read both characters, creating a tour de force performance that makes us question our own identity and geography. Accompanying Millán will be classical guitarist Alexander Rockwell.
