NASHVILLE STORY GARDEN, an incubator for new theatre and film projects, will be in residence at the newly named CENTENNIAL PERFORMING ARTS STUDIOS at 211 27th Ave N (formerly known as the Centennial Arts Activity Center) in cooperation with the METRO PARKS THEATRE DIVISION.

Rachel Hamilton, Supervisor of the Theater Division says of the partnership, "Metro Parks is thrilled to be hosting Nashville Story Garden's Greenhouse project. We are passionate about supporting local artists and providing them the space to grow, a mission this project helps us to realize. New work development and fresh voices are vital to this art form and we can't wait to see what comes out of these nights for writers and actors!"

Nashville Story Garden was founded by Aaron Mun?oz (Nashville Shakespeare Festival's HENRY V, THE WALKING DEAD) with the goal of developing new theatre and film works by local artists. Their monthly lab, GREENHOUSE, enables writers to hear their works-in-progress read aloud by some of Nashville's finest actors in a laid back, professional environment.

Starting September 14th, GREENHOUSE meets the second Monday night of every month at the Centennial Black Box Theatre.
