Circle Players, Middle Tennessee's oldest community theatre, is seeking directors who are interested in mounting productions for the company's 61st anniversary season in 2010-2011.

Directors are asked to submit plays, musicals or original productions, including shows from Circle Players' past.

Individuals interested in submitting should visit Circle's website at www.circleplayers.net to download the submission form. The deadline for submissions is Saturday, October 31.

Circle Players' goal as a community theatre is to promote public education, appreciation and enjoyment of dramatic literature, stagecraft, fine arts and the theatre through the production of plays and musicals and other theatre related activities, according to Regine McClain, Circle's director of public relations.

For more information, contact Circle Players' board president Jim Manning at jim16manning@bellsouth.net.
