Neal Simon's Barefoot in the Park - described as "the perfect romantic comedy for the Valentine's season" - will open the newly created Warren Arts theater space at 605 Red Road in McMinnville, running February 22-March 4.
Husband-and-wife team Rachel McGee and Chad McGee directs the romantic comedy, which features Emily Stefanick and Ethan Duncan as newlyweds Corrie and Paul Bratter. Dorian Loeffler and Terrie Kirby play eccentric neighbor Victor Velasco and Corrie's uptight mother. Marc Pyburn and Matt Campbell are also featured in the show.
Barefoot in the Park follows the trials of a young married couple as they deal with wacky neighbors who inhabit their New York City brownstone in the early 1960s. Chad McGree says the show will embrace the mid-20th century modern design aesthetic.
Warren Arts has successfully opened the intimate theater space at 605 Red Road in the former Baga Printing Company building. After successfully producing A Wonderful Life in November/December 2017 and The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon last month.
