ACT 1's 20th Anniversary Season Continues with WHO'S AFRAID OF VIRGINIA WOOLF?

ACT 1 (Artists Cooperative Theatre 1) continues its 20th anniversary season with a revival of Edward Albee's Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf, opening Friday night, March 29 and continuing through Saturday, April 3, at Darkhorse Theatre.

Albee's classic American play swept the Tony Awards for the 1962-63 season, winning best play, best actress (for Uta Hagen) and best actor (Arthur Hill).

Director Michael Roark has cast First Night Award-winning actress Melissa Bedinger Hade as Martha in his production of Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf opening this week. Ed Amatrudo stars as George, with Matthew Scott Baxter and Starina Johnson as Nick and Honey.

Evening performances of Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? are at 7:30 p.m. (CDT) with Sunday matinees at 2:30 p.m. at Darkhorse Theatre, 4610 Charlotte Avenue in Nashville.
