Natalie Weiss to Teach Masterclass in Montreal on November 13

Renowned vocal coach, Broadway actress, and Youtube singing sensation Natalie Weiss ("Les Miserables" national tour, "Everyday Rapture", "Wicked" national tour), will be teaching an exclusive Master Class open for both participation and observation in Montreal on November 13, 2013.

The Natalie Weiss Master Class will give performers the opportunity to work alongside Natalie, as she coaches each participant on vocal technique, song interpretation, and style variety. The Master Class will conclude with a Q & A and a brief performance featuring Natalie.

Participation Fee: $165 Observation Fee: $60

Wednesday, November 13, 2013 Time: 6:00pm - 10:00pm

*For people interested in participating, Natalie will be selecting a maximum of 10 performers to work with individually in front of an observing group. She is looking to create a versatile environment for this class. The performers she selects will collectively have a variety of skill sets, physical types, and styles. *For people interested in observing, reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis by emailing us at inthewingspromotions@gmail.com. Please include in the subject line "Natalie Weiss Masterclass - Observer" Full payment will need to be made upon confirmation of reservation.

**The applications are due by noon on Wednesday, October 30. Natalie will review the submissions and we will inform those selected by Friday, November 1, 2013. Those selected will need to prepare two contrasting 32 bar cuts (musical theatre or pop style) and bring their book. Full payment will need to be made upon confirmation.

An accompanist will be provided. Those who are not selected to work with Natalie one on one will have the option to enroll as observers.

Natalie recently completed a 2 1/2 year run performing multiple ensemble roles on the Les Miserables 25th anniversary tour. In 2010, she made her Broadway debut understudying the Menonettes in Everyday Rapture, starring Sherie Rene Scott. She also performed in the ensemble and understudied Elphaba in the 2nd national tour of Wicked. Natalie was an American Idol season 4 semi-finalist, has performed the National Anthem at Cowboys & Shea Stadium, but is most well known for her Youtube videos. She has gained an international following from her performance videos & popular web series, "Breaking Down The Riffs", which have collectively reached over 3 million views. Natalie released her self-titled debut CD in early 2011 and has been giving sold out solo concerts and master classes across the country.
