In the Wings Promotions (ITW) is proud to announce the remount of their critically acclaimed production of HAIR - The American Tribal Love-Rock Musical. Directed and choreographed by META winner Nadia Verrucci with Music Direction by META nominee Ian Baird, this production, back by popular demand, celebrates the 50th Anniversary of the original production of HAIR. HAIR features book and lyrics by Gerome Ragni and James Rado with music by Montreal born Galt MacDermot. HAIR runs August 30 - September 9, 2017 at the MainLine Theatre in Montreal.

The granddaddy of all rock musicals, HAIR is at once both a joyous celebration of youth and a poignant journey through a tumultuous 1960s America. This exuberant musical about a group of hippies searching for truth, peace and love in a Vietnam War era, has struck a resonant chord with audiences of all ages. HAIR features an eclectic score filled with classics, including "Aquarius," "Let the Sun Shine In," "Hair," and "Easy To Be Hard." The themes and struggles in HAIR remain vital and relevant to the times we live in today.

ITW is thrilled for the opportunity to remount this extremely successful production which garnered stellar reviews and a sold out run in November 2016.

HAIR features an extraordinary and multi-cultural cast of established performers, along with some up- and-coming young talent. Led by Mathieu Samson (Just pour rire/Decibel's SWEENEY TODD) and Franco DeCrescentis (LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS - Cote St-Luc Dramatic Society, ROCKY HORROR - MainLine, The Who's TOMMY - In the Wings), the cast includes Noelle Hannibal (The Who's TOMMY, Paramount's STAR TREK: FIRST CONTACT), Bryan Libero (The Who's TOMMY, Persephone's COMPLEAT FEMALE/STAGE BEAUTY), Rosie Callaghan (It Shoulda Been You - DWYT, Centaur's LAST NIGHT AT THE GAYETY, Kaleidoscope's CAPTAIN AURORA II: A NEW DAWN), Lindsay Milner (ROCKY HORROR), Anton May (WISTA'S SHREK) and Laurie-Anne Jean Baptiste along with Meghan Blakeburn, Marc Ducusin, Charbel Hachem, Justin Johnson, Nicolas Mancuso, Jessica Nicholas, Christine Rodriguez, Shawn Thicke.
