Actor, director, producer, and New York Times best-selling author Henry Winkler is an inspiration to everyone who has ever fought to accomplish something that most people take for granted. His humorous and touching presentation educates parents, students, teachers, business people and communities on the intense personal efforts that are required to persevere and overcome a learning disability such as dyslexia.
Join us as we listen to Henry describe his struggles throughout his educational career, and how those struggle led to his award-winning Hank Zipzer, the World’s Greatest Underacheiver book series, his Ghost Buddy series, and his collection of anecdotes, photos and heartfelt observations gathered while fly fishing in Montana entitled I’ve Never Met an Idiot on the River.
Proceeds from this event benefit The Montana State Reading Council and our efforts to battle reading disabilities.
